About us

David Kilby is a carpenter and joiner specialising in restoring historic buildings. At Kilby Timber we

make doors and windows (including sash windows), pitch roofs and design and construct

bespoke timber framed buildings and porches using either Green Oak or Douglas Fir. 

We also buy British timber,normally from the local area and mill it in our yard in Chart Sutton in Kent.

We supply hardwoods, softwoods and green oak to the joinery, restoration and construction trades

in Kent and Sussex. From woodturners, carvers, furniture makers and builders to the diy enthusiast.

Timber can be milled to a cutting list supplied by you. 

Our Woodmizer mobile sawmill is available for hire with operator.
